RESDA was formed on 1 Jan 09 from the evolution of the Gib UK dive club and the need for the club to secure a financial future. The core of the club remains and continues to offer the best dive training available within a club structure.

New To Diving?

This is the first level of dive training under the British Sub Aqua Club (BSAC).
Jim Fuller is the training lead for all Ocean diver training. Training is delivered over 2 weekends, the first delivers theory and pool training, the second weekend delivers open water training during 5 dives. Come along to a club night at Gibraltar Barracks pool 7-9pm every Wed or use the contact form for more information.
Next cse in July - places available.

Tim Doyly is the training lead for all sports diver training. The syllabus is delivered through evening training on club nights (Wed 7-9 pm) or weekends, concentrating on open water diving skills.

Current Sports divers

Paul Hammett is the training lead for all Dive Leader training. The syllabus is delivered through evening training on club nights (Wed 7-9 pm) or weekends, concentrating on open water diving skills. Keep an eye open for O2 & PRM cses as this will acheive most of the DL theory.

This is the highest level of training delivered within the Club. Simon Davis is the training lead for all Advanced Diver training. The sylabus has some theory lessons, but concentrates on diver management and organisation. Simon will email students requesting training requirements.
Training at this level is as requested, theory will be done on Wed evenings.
